A small introduction on Miri.. Miri got its city status in 2005, is situated on the northern east part of Sarawak. Although it's been 3 years since it got the city status, the people around are still uncivilised.. it seems like the CITY status is no difference than a added NAME for it.. Why do we think it's uncivilised? How do we going to change the mindset?
